Good quality Hotel well run, decor a bit tired, staff very helpful and always on hand , high standard of cleanliness, no problems during 4 day stay, restaurant food a bit limited but good would stay again.

Running the best hotel in town does not require much in Les Ulis. For 160€ i got top floor Privilege room with free alcohol-free minibar and bathrobe with slippers. Only complaint for the room was that i could not find an AC plug that would be on while the lights are off.

Breakfast (16€) was overpriced compared to what was included: it was standard continental buffet with no extra. Well, possibility to make juice from fresh oranges was nice. Coffee was extremely bad on both 2 days i ate the breakfast.

The hotel is below the approach track for Orly airport so there is some flight noise. The location in industrial area was otherwise quiet.

I travel to Les Ulis often as one of my customers are based here. The hotel happens to be a three minute walk to their office. I would rather stay at a funeral home, with the corpses. At least the corpses are quiet. The whole experience is always ridden with problems. From lost bookings to inept hotel staff demanding confirmation often 3 - 4 times before my stay. Each entailing the laborious task of reconfirming credit card numbers. Rooms are simple and basic which is fine for overnight stays. The finishing touches are lacking for the rate of €150+ a night. The restaurant quality is so bad, guests refuse to eat there resulting in their permanent closure. In my experience, the staff always make it a difficult process.

Useful stopover on our way back to the UK having travelled up from the South of France. Not much action in th elocation and not well placed fro trip into Paris. Good value B&B and dinner. Free WiFi. Beer expensive even by French standards!!
