Sejours whatever is the name, please make a favor to all change description from HOTEL to whatever you want but never describe this place as a HOTEL! I have stayed in a room in this good looking building that actually paid good money that would have received better commodities in a garage parking! I was in Paris for five days to attend the World Chocolate Masters champion ships that took place at the Salon du Chocolate somewhere in the city centre (just can’t remember the name at the moment) very well organized competition French people are very polite and help full, it was a nightmare to get a Taxi but all in all was good as for one thing the ROOM, he he just disappointed, disaster and disillusive to the maximum!! One good think water pressure and was hot the rest just No No, list to follow sofa bed as main bed just no mattress, TV one station in English, Internet free but I would have paid to get a better service, toilet seat broken, shower tray better not to mention, door leading from the room to the balcony heh you have to see to believe, corridor that leads to the room scary, reception desk CLOSED then sometimes is CLOSED and that you might find it CLOSED, we were lucky to check in he he unbelievable, JUST NOT A HOTEL!!!

Too far. Bed is actually a couch! Too expensive considering breakfast is not included! We had 15 more minutes before check out time when they knocked to say they already need to clean the room!

modern & clean, well managed.
but ....
-it 's not within walking distance to metro. need at least 20 over mins. to nearest station , hv to take a 5min. bus ride.
-it's student hostel/ dormitory establishm. , not a hotel. service, cleaning is very limited.
- it 's in a industrial, school neighbourhood, there is a smoking chimney in 100metres blowing not sure smoke or steam 24 hrs. not so pleasant.
definitely not value for $.
