the building is worm down, and the room is so small, can even stay for 2 peple.
Although the location is good, it is still not a ideal place to stay.

not recommend

Stayed here over the Paris Marathon weekend. I had read some bad reviews on another site, so was expecting the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was comfortable, clean and the staff were very pleasant. A bit of a trek from CDG airport, but I knew that when I booked. Nice, quiet(ish) part of town. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Pro:
Close to Expo Center
Fast and free wireless internet
Has a decent breakfast buffet ($10 Euro)
Hotel front desk staff speaks English and friendly.
2 blocks walking distance to #12 subway.

Con:
No non-smoking room. It took one day to air out the cigarette smell.
Rooms are a bit small.
Nearby restaurants do not open until noon for lunch, 7 pm for dinner.
Maid service does not refill the coffee and tea bags. I have to go to the eating area every day to refill it myself. When I booked this hotel online, they had a tourist package where it suppose to include breakfast everyday for $135 eruos. But when I arrived, hotel staff said only 1st day breakfast is included.

If you are attending the Expo show then I would recommend this hotel. It is very close and there are bakery shops and convenience shops just around the corner. But if you are there for vacation, stay near the tourist attraction area for those shops \ restaurants near by will be open most of the time.

Staff great, room great,certainly feel that if the hotel had a restaurant it would be 4*.
The benefit of secure car park is an important factor for me but I do think that 15€ is excessive. Free internet is also a bonus and was a fast connection.
I would certainly stay again and recommend the hotel.
