This hotel is OK. The apartments need airing and updating. The decor is tired and worn, but the space is great. The views on the lower floors are poor, but I was there on business so did not spend much time in the room.

The breakfast is fine, but crowded at 8am, as it is predominantly used by business people. It would be fine to stay there with children because the kitchenette and separate lounge give you flexibility.

Service is great.

we request a problem in the bathroom and was not feexed the same day and even not the next,we request towels and they told us to go down to the reception desk to give us,and also the room was not clean after my request it was done after 2 days from my request

We stayed in Fraser Suites Harmonie from 5/12-10/12,and i must say it is very reasonable for the price.
Rooms were big and spacious, however mine has a smoke smell initially. It is very close to the metro and there is a very high level of security which was very reassuring for me in Paris.Beds were very comfortable.
Staff were helpful, helped us book transport, attraction tickets. However, we had this slightly unpleasant moment with regard to the buffet as they claimed it was not included in the package and a pretty rude breakfast lady staff. The lift was also very slow.
Nevertheless, this stay was great. Near to a japanese and chinese restaurant, subway as well as a very good shopping mall near the la defense RER, which allowed us to shop there the whole day.

The first thing I noticed when entering the room was its size, SPACIOUS! Mine was a double-bed studio apartment, with a sofa-bed where up to 4 person could stay. Kitchen and bathroom are sufficient in terms of size, both fully equipped. You'll also find ironing equipments in the wardrobe.

There was a complimentary basket on the work desk, with some pasta, source, cake, candy and nuts etc. You can also find some drinks from the fridge.

TV channels are sufficient, with over 30 to choose from. Additional charges for Wifi, 25€ for 7-day. Best thing about the Wifi is you can log in with multiple devices simultaneously.

The only complain is one evening I was in the bathroom and some staff opened my main door (maybe for some check but I have no idea). So I yelled, that guy apologized and retreated. I would consider this as separated event though.

I consider this stay as my most pleasant stay in Paris.
