Appart city is totally not worth their prices... you have to pay for everything additionally... I won`t recommend anybody to stay there!!!

We were not advised hotel being refurbished, paint fumes made us ill. Hotel noisy and we were treated to the train announcements at the nearby station from about 7am. No lift available so you have to drag your luggage up the stairs. Bed broken and my son is recovering well from the injuries when he trapped his foot as one corner collapsed. As a regular visitor the the excellent Bordeaux Merignac residence, we were very disappointed.

I stayed there for 7 weeks for a working contract. As one of the person said, yes, there is some students satying there. But, I used it to sleep not to stay there. Mind you, I did ask for a calm room. Most of the people staying there are there for some lenght of time, therefore, it is possible for them to locate you in the right place if you asked them.
My room was cleaned every second day, the bed was changed every week. I have no complaint there.

Stayed for a week with my wife in this "business appartment hotel" (as advertised). It rents apartments to local young people and students. We were placed in the same corridor with them. During the weekdays it was very noisy. During the weekend they had parties in open rooms and hallways including extreme shouts, loud music and alcohol. We did not sleep for 3 nights. Manager was gone for all weekend and no phone contact. Had to call the police at 5 a.m.. I am a world traveller for 40 years now and have never come across such a
"hotel".
