We stayed twice at the Kyriad- one night at the beginning of our week's holiday and one night at the end. The rooms were very comfortable and clean on both occasions. The staff were polite and helpful. On our first stay Saturday/Sunday , there was a lot of noise in the room above ours from 2am until 5 am, and many guests next morning hadn't slept well. Our second stay was much quieter (Friday/Saturday), and we had a good night's sleep. At breakfast, there was plenty of choice - bread/toast, croissants, cheeses, ham, jam, marmalade, yoghurts, fruit salad, cold crepes, muesli, coffee, tea, herbal teas, fruit juice. Drinks at the bar were, we thought, very expensive. When we tried to order snacks from the hotel, most of the items on the menu were unavailable. We ended up going to the Buffalo Grill up the road and on the second stay, MacDonald's, which was 2 minutes drive away.
