We only stayed one night before we went home and quite glad we didn't have to stay longer. Although the hotel was clean and it seemed quite modern you are getting what you pay for.

The walls were paper thin and every time a guest in a nearby room closed their door we heard the bang as the door closed. No en-suite bathroom either, we had to walk quite a way down the corridor to the toilet/shower. Quite an odd set up of cubicles opening straight out into the corridor. Another problem was that the light automatically came on when you opened the door and went off again after a set time - the only way to turn the light back on was to open the door! Even in the middle of having a shower!

Very useful shopping centre over the road though with a big supermarket and other stores. Also about a 10 minute walk from various restaurants, a McDonalds and metro station where you can easily get into the centre of Paris.

The area is unsecure, the hotel smells, the bathroom smells, the WC smells, everything is dirty. The temperature of the water is a joke, it fluctuates from cold to scalding a hundred times during your shower. The shower control is another joke, you have to press it every 3 seconds. The WC is completely horrible, we used the ones on the streets instead and hoped that we didn't need it when in the hotel.
Do not go. Pay more for anything else, stay in a hostel or simply don't go to Paris, it will spoil your trip.
