The town is a thermal/spa destination clearly popular a century ago.
This hotel/residence has been transformed to comfortable standards of today while keeping some of the old architectural aspects of golden years. We stayed one night and parked free under a spotlight and security-camera. The room had thick soundproof windows.
The rooms are large (for France) with a complete kitchen, within its own space , a dining table with chairs, flatscreen TV, Free WIFI and a very well designed bathroom including a toilet that can be isolated. The washbasin and toilet are built for grown-ups (you don't need to bend low). Breakfast at 9 euros (for two over 60) was a very complete buffet in an almost luxurious setting. Price ???? : 55 euros + 9 for two breakfasts + 2 euros tax. Nowhere else will you find such a deal at that price.
BUT : it's not near a main highway to popular destinations. It's hugely worth the detour though.
