We stayed overnight on the way to the alps and found it a good place to break the long journey. The accommadation is basic and it is in an industrial area as others have mentioned. We found it clean and tidy and the man in reception was very helpful. The town is worth a visit and is not far if you have a car, a fair amount of interesting old buildings, a spectacular church and lots of shops. There is a Decathlon and other big shops at a nearby out of town shopping centre which is easy to find from the Hotel if you exit the car park and turn left at the main road, then left at the first roundabout and then left at the next roundabout and then you are there. Perfect if you need to buy any ski gear. We had a breakfast and found it reasonable, a buffet with croissants, cereal, juice, coffe etc.
We liked the hotel so much that we also stayed overnight on the way back, found the receptionist very helpful when I made the telephone booking.
