Rooms
We stayed here after a friend booked online, as we were doing 3 days racing on track.
Me & my boyfriend had a double executive suite which was lovely and were told it would be 200pounds for 3 nights - so don't panic when you see the room rates at the hotel reception like we did!! Book online though for the better deals. Tea/coffee/air con/nice shower/tv/safe
The only thing they will sting you for is breakfast at 18euros each, when we are supposed to get ''full english'' it consisted of thin greasy sausage, watery scrammled egg and tomatoes. and it seemed if you were english you wouldn't get tea or coffe unless you actually grabbed a waiter/waitress for attention. If you like continental breakfast better then there was more choice. But at that price, the track has a cafe - or better, take your own foods.
Food
Expensive!!!!
Staff were unfriendly and tried to ignore us when we had complaints about the food in the evening. Waited for ages. So we grabbed a load of fresh bread to snack on. Red meats are still alive when they come out, so if you like rare, you'll be fine, you got hardly any garnish or fries so at 20quid for a burger which was rare, suggest go and find a little cafe up the road, little old guy who does nice food at a fraction of the cost. But, one good thing, they didn't argue when I refused to pay for 1 meal which was unsatisfactory. The food costs are high, especially for a holiday inn. Even the beer was 8euros a bottle, whiskey 10 euros a shot, diet coke 3euros a can.
Would stay there again becuase of location, but I would take my own food and drink next time for breakfasts.
