Despite being at a crossroads in town, this was a very nice reasonable hotel. The room was tad small, the view was rubbish, overlooking a back yard of some sort, but everything else was very nice. The breakfast was an absolute delight in a very pretty little restaurant area. The staff could not have been more helpful. Parking was about 100 yards away down the hill, but secure and dry.
The town is ok. We found a very nice restaurant for our evening meal, finding the hotel restaurant just a bit above average in pricing. We were only there one night which is all we'd have liked really. We stayed in 14 diffent hotels etc on this 19 day trip and this hotel is one we'd return to again.

We stayed at the Hotel de Geneve for one night on our way to a ski-ing holiday in the Alps. The reception staff were very friendly and spoke English. Our room and en-suite facilities were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a continental breakfast. The restaurant adjoining the hotel was lovely with friendly staff and delicious food. We pre-booked secure parking facilities in a lock-up garage for 7 euros. We would certainly re-visit this hotel and would recommend it.
