We booked a 3 night stay including the "Escapade en Bourgogne" package. What a great find this Hotel is. Secure parking, a few minutes walk into town or a free bus ride if you want. Large well furnished room with huge bathroom. The fastest wi fi connection I've ever had.Friendly and helpful staff. Best of all the food is wonderful. Not cheap, but where is in France?

When travelling from the UK down to the South fo France, we took an electronic pin in the map to come up with the half-way stopover and came up with Chalon-Sur-Saone. It wasn't situated in the Centre of town, but that didn't matter really since we arrived at about 2145 and left the next morning. The hotel was delightful: a big room and very modern, as was the bathroom. It ws a bit strange that the they had built a glass wall between the bedroom and the bath, but I suppose if you've got kids, you could keep an eye on them in the bath. Can't think of any other reason. The restaurant was surprisingly fancy for the way it looked: brightly lit with zero atmosphere, and there was a bit of lip-pursing when we arrived at two minutes to closing time. I might suggest the Brasserie opposite, which is more informal and stays open an hour later. But we spent a really comfortable night there: next time we go, maybe we'll see more fo the town.

On our way from a 2 months vacation in St Raphael we stay one night passing through heading for Kiel, Germany. Very nice room, excellent services from the hotel staff (providing childbed, hot water etc for 1 year old) and easy access from the highwah. Close distance from the room to the restaurant, free parking and wifi. Will easily stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights prior to a river cruise. The location was great - a short block from the train station. It wasn't city center but very close and there is a free bus that you can catch across the street to take you around the town. The first night we had dinner in their restaurant after a long day of travel and it was excellent. The bathroom had a large tub and shower and had been recently updated. English was spoken by many.
