“Very impressive in comparison to the 2 star hotels we have stayed at in roscoff for similar price.”

This was an overnight stopover for the Roscoff Ferry. We have stayed in another hotel in Roscoff a few times and have to say this is far better for mere few Euros more in price. To find a hotel in Roscoff with private parking, swimming pool, clean comfortable room spacious enough for 2 adults and teenager with big double and easy to pullout guest bed, TV, great bathroom with bath and shower, balcony, sea view, central heating, staff fluent in English (even though we make the effort to try to speak the language being regular travellers to France) and a choice to use the spa facilities..... is amazing.
However, we did not eat at the hotel as we like to eat out to get the best experience from our stay. We were offered breakfast in the restaurant or in our room for 13 Euros which did seem pricey in comparison but can not comment too much as did not eat in but it is nice to have the option.

“Too much expensive for what they offer”

We stayed 2 nights in august. 126 euro per night plus 13 euro each for breakfast.
The hotel is a bit "cold", seems to be in a hospital. The room are big with modern furniture. As we were travelling with a baby they provided us with all the necessary for sleep, change and bath.
What we did not like was the expensive breakfast that honestly did not worth 13 euros each. Moreover, the first night we arrived we asked at 19.00 for the room service as we were tired and did not like going out for dinner, but the room service was suspended and they could not explain me in english for which reason.
The room was near the kitchen of the restaurant and therefore a bit noisy.
Finally the hotel is not bad but the price is too high.

“Beautiful room.”

Situated right on the Rockbraum beach the Thaltasstonic hotel is in a prime location yet still within walking distance into the town itself.I must admit that from the outside it doesnt look like much in fact the lobby wouldnt blow you away either but once we got to our room on the ground floor we were blown away.We had all the mod cons you'd get from a 5 star even bath robes. The room itself was beautifully decorated and the bed was most comfortable. The bathroom was incredible with a heated towel rack and a shower that i can only describe as futuristic - i lost count of the amount of shower heads. Our ground floor room was rear facing and had a nice table & chair area.I would say the hotel was west facing so we had some nice sun in the early part of the day.Unfortunately our stay here was for one night and we did not use the dining facilities. If youre looking for a hotel with a modern room and a nice beach location then this is it.

“OK”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 November 2010

Lovely views from the sea view room. Clean and spacious with a great shower! Breakfast expensive at 13E each. We ate localy. Spa and pool good but you have to wear a swimming hat! Staff OK, but the hotel lacks any atmosphere, and small cartons of uht milk in the coffee shop was a shame! Bit more attention to detail needed for the price.

“Okay for overnight from ferry before driving on next day”

Good location; pleasant and helpful staff; car park well hidden(!); concentrates on seaweed wraps and hydrotherapy. Restaurant evening meal: poor, staff canteen cooking. Breakfast enjoyable but breakfast area reminiscent of a morgue; the other residents looked like they had been sent there as a punishment! We stayed overnight after Plymouth-Roscoff ferry trip. Room clean and fresh; shower very good.
