This is a fine small hotel directly on the sea front in Cancale. The room facing the sea was large & airy with 2 large windows. Spotlessly clean. The breakfast was standard French (bread, jam & croissant).
In the restaurant they did tend to puree all the vegetables but if you ask they can serve them au naturel. Great for a couple of nights on a tour of Brittany or for a short break. There are a couple of good restaurants along the front if you fancy a change from the Hotel.

a real find - a fabulous long weekend made better - hotel a gem, food excellent, staff helpful - all with brillant views,fantastic walks and sea on the doorstep,

Le Querrien is one of very few hotels in the centre of Cancale village, directly located on the seafront. It is incredibly clean and every room has a nautical theme - for example above the headboard is a wooden paddle stretching from one side to the other and the colours are blue and white. While the decor may not be everyone's cup of tea, we always stay here because the food is great, the rooms are spacious and most have balconies looking over Cancale bay, and it's incredibly pleasant. It's also centrally located if you want to travel north to Mont St Michel or further south. Employees are always helpful and the rates are very good.
