I spent tens of night in this hotel. I didn't manage to find a decent replacement, although I found plenty of drawbacks to this hotel : lousy service, especially at breakfast, plenty of broken curtains, and the the cachet of a motoray holiday inn.
However, if you intend to just have a room service , a coffee and a bit of baguette in the morning - you'll have what you need : decent bed, relative silence, and decent bathroom

Stayed with my wife for one night whilst travelling by car from the UK down to northern Spain. The hotel is in an ideal situation for this journey as it is only 2 minutes from the motorway access. The hotel is fairly new and is very well maintained and serviced. The rooms are of a very good size, well equipped and spotlessly clean. From the moment we arrived we were treated with courtesy, respect and as valued customers. Free wi-fi connection in the room was also very welcome to keep in touch with family and business. Secure car parking is also another free service, which again is very reassuring when you are undertaking such a long car journey.
I would recommend this hotel for a stop-over or indeed a short holiday, provided you have your own transport. It is some distance from Bordeaux although there is a village and a McDonalds about a 25 minute walk away, through a small retail park.
I will certainly use this hotel again on our next journey as it is very comfortable, well situated and well managed.

The accommodation is very good, great large rooms and huge beds. Staff friendly. Used for business trip so didn't have much time in the hotel

Have been going to this hotel ever since it was built as is near my company's HO. The accomadation is very good with spacious rooms and huge beds, bathrooms excellent. I did notice that the room was starting to show its age. Just little things like the electric sun blind didn't stay in the runners....
What I have noticed that has changed is the quality of the service and food at the table....
A bottle of water brought to the table already opened, wine ordered from the wine list was not the same year as described (2 years younger but charged at the same price).
I suggest that if you stay here go for a meal elsewhere as too expensive for what you get in your plate
