I made reservations for two rooms in April 2005 for a stay in September 2005. In July 2005 I cancelled the reservations due to changes in my travel plans. I sent them a cancellation request twice just to be safe. Imagine my surprise when they billed my credit card for $196.59 on September 15th. I contacted them regarding a reversal of the charges and even sent them copies of my cancellation requests. They refused to refund me and quit corresponding to my requests for a response. This is unacceptable behavior for any hotel or B&B. If you book a stay and try to cancel...beware!
