Stayed at the Vitalparc last week and the room was quite basic, french TV but I did manage to find a not very well tuned Sky News Channel, not too sure if it was meant to be on or not. I was traveling with my 11 month old baby and my wife and it was strange that there was no kettle in the room. Not just for coffee / tea etc but for baby bottles. Especially as this is such a family orientated hotel. Breakfast looked good, normal continental style brekkie but cereals, yogurts, juice, coffee, croissants etc... all looked nice and fresh.
Nice outdoor and indoor swimming pool, volleyball courts to play on, tree climbing for the kids etc. Very much French friendly as everything was only in French (I know we're in France - and I try and speak / learn the language) but its nice to have a few things in English to let you know the activities etc....
Probably would stay here again, but also may look at what hotels are closer into Lacanau-Ocean town itself.... Ate at Roma Pizzeria place on the circle and was excellent..
