This hotel has smallt, bare bones rooms. 2 people can not be comfortable in a room.
I strongly advise booking two rooms. All of the rooms are the same. There are no suites.
It also very, very noisy. Loads of children running around, lots of banging by the staff setting up the dinning room or something. Try to rent a house. There are some lovely
houses throughout Arcachon for rent.

This hotel is well positioned next to a lovely beach. It has a good pool and a sea water spa attached which is free for adult guests. The rooms are quite modern and fine in my view. Just don't set foot in the restaurant. Breakfast was really rather bad (in France that is quite difficult to achieve). Worse still was dinner. They served my children raw chicken and when we complained, they took it away, gave it another couple of minutes in the frying pan and returned the same piece of chicken to us on the same plate with the same vegetables etc without so much as an apology.

So as long as you dont set foot inside the restaurant, its fine.

The Hotel is right by the beach. The beach was beautiful - perfect for kids. There are no beach bars or cafes nearby - you have to go back to the hotel or walk to Mouillion (by the pier).
It is too far to walk into Arcachon - you have to drive.
The hotel was pleasant, clean and the rooms were fine.
The outdoor pool was unheated and was too cold to use in April.There is a Thalassotherapy indoor pool which costs 22 euros per visit.
The meals were disappointing - very average with little choice. There were no snacks available such as sandwiches. The drinks at the bar were expensive. Not good if you have children.
Breakfast was very average too.
The Dune de Pyla (the biggest sand dune in Europe) is only a short drive away - stunning and well worth a visit. Our 4 yr old loved rolling down it.
