We are trapped under an ash cloud for three days in May. We had been to Agen before and knew that it was a nice place to stay. We were lucky and there were rooms available at the Ibis at a time when we were not on holiday and could not relax into an enfored stay in France. Having stayed at Ibis in the UK we knew we would in a nice place and in a very comfortable and clean room. Probably more lucky than others who have had their flights cancelled because of the Iceland volcano. Thank you to the hotel staff for everything.

Five of us stayed in the Ibis the week before Christmas in 2005. We had flown over to watch London Irish against Agen (rugby).

We booked on line and on arriving discovered that we could have requested twin beds in the rooms. The manager only had one room as a twin and gave us a really good deal. We took one twin room and then had three rooms.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke English and recommended a fantastic restaurant for us to eat in.

The Hotel was very clean and the rooms practical and very clean. This is the second time that we've stayed in an IBIS and again were pleased with the Hotel Chain.
