The hotel is in a very nice location in Alsace. However, even though, at a first glance it looks very fancy, the reality, especially as far as the rooms are concerned, is different. Rooms are quite average and some of them pretty old.
The SPA area is quite nice.
The restaurant is also good.
Overall, it is way too expensive for what it is offered.
Room Tip: Get the cheapest one and make sure, if you are in a couple, to ask for a double bed. If not, you may...

Thank you for staying with us and for giving us your feedback about your stay. We are very happy you enjoyed the spa area and your dining experience. Regarding the rooms, as you mentioned some of our entry-level room have two separated bed, which is something requested by some of our guest. All our rooms were recently renovated so I’m a bit surprised that you found them old. We have a very large choice of rooms, so some of them are more rustic and some are more contemporary. I'm sorry we didn't have the chance to clarify those points during your reservation. Nevertheless if you had told us on arrival that you had a preference for a contemporary room with a large bed then we would have been more than happy to adjust to your requested needs.
