We stayed at the Kyriad Mulhouse Centre for one night (a Monday) in February 2012.
The hotel is located off a quiet street and just a few yards from the main sqaure with the cathedral. It is, as it's name suggests, in the centre of the city and it is within minutes of the shopping area. We arrived by train and I would estimate that it took us around 10 minutes to walk from the main station.
The staff on reception (both at check-in and chek-out) spoke very good English.
On the third floor is the breakfast room. It is of the buffet type and there is ham, cheese, yoghurts, cereals, pain au raisins, croissants etc.
When we awoke the next morning the outside temperature felt like minus 25 degrees celcius. This could have something to do with why the room temperature never rose above 14 degrees C ! Or it could have been a faulty heater. The bath in the en-suite was very welcome with such cold temperatures. I have rated the room as average - purely because it was poorly heated.
Overall we were impress with our first stay at a Kyriad hotel. It was clean, quiet and comfortable.
