This is a little hotel that grows on you.
When I arrived, I didn't expect the experience to be as nice as it was.
The reception was very friendly, but the hotel is secluded. It is on a little street with several restaurants and a couple of shops. I was not staying in the main hotel, but was in one of the "wellbeing" or "bien-etre" suites, the benedettu suite. This suite is behind the hotel, so it is not beachfront, but has a lovely view.
The suite was nice, simple. It is two stories, bathroom downstairs. Had a nice balcony. I have not slept so well in years.
My first (and last) breakfast at the hotel was not very pleasant as I was swarmed by bees the entire time I was eating. The buffet has cheeses, meats, fruits, juices, breads. It is fairly expensive. The rest of the stay I would get breakfast at the bakery down the street (2 min. walk).
The bathroom was nice, but there were not 4 star basics in my bathroom like cotton balls or a hair dryer. It was a bathtub with a shower head. So you either had to hold the shower the whole time and wet the entire bathroom or take a bath.
For the restaurants, the hotel gave excellent recommendations. Next door, the restaurant was ok. I definitely recommend going to Porto vecchio for some of the meals. It is an easy drive to Porto Vecchio (about 25 minutes)
The staff of the hotel is what makes this hotel. They are fairly young, and extremely friendly. The front desk was always willing to help. Other than having to wait for towels at the beach a few times, everyone was very helpful and responded quickly.
The menu at the hotel is very limited, so most of the time you will need to walk down the street (literally 1-3 minute walk to several restaurants).
I would definitely recommend this place if you want a relaxing, quiet vacation with Porto vecchio being not too far away. Definitely recommend going to Bonifacio, also an easy drive.
