We stayed here for four nights in April 2011. We had a family room, which was a double bed, separated by a curtain from a room with two beds for the children, and an enormous terrace with a lovely view due west where we could watch the sunset.

The room did not have a stand up shower (only a shower head with a bath), or a kettle, or a fridge. If it had those three things, we would have loved the place. We particularly hated not having a shower, as we did do a bit of swimming during our time.

The hotel is a bit of a walk to Calvi proper, which is a nuisance if you don't want the very expensive breakfast provided by the hotel. It's about ten minutes walk to the patisserie, which is not the end of the world, but hard if you have children who wake up very early, hungry!

we staid there for the first time in June and were happy to hear that we would not be charged for our first lost night due to bad weather (could not cruising from Antibes to Calvi), as a commercial gesture is always welcome, we came back in July and booked two rooms !
Charming little hotel, superb view, quiet, average room but very clean and good beds. Breakfast buffet in the garden looking at the yachts leaving the harbour... What do we need more? We will keep this address for future stop in Corsica that is too often too expensive for the value.

The place oozes potential. The current owners make a good living operating 7 months a year on a B&B basis as Calvi is seasonal. If you ask for a bottle of wine it has to come from their own house. The bar is rather badly stocked to say the least.
Giving that Calvi is " JUMPING " with trendy bars and restuarants now wonder the owners dont want to stand over a hot stove cooking a very few meals.
If it was mine however I would offer a full bar sevice with snacks during the day.
Book a seaview room and you will be overawed.
The pool area is just superb. I would buy this place if it came on the market!

My husband and I had a very nice stay at Saint Erasme. The hotel and rooms are spotless and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was served in a lovely garden and was adequate with coffee, tea, juices, fruit, ham, cheese, breads, and pastries; however, it was a bit pricey at 14 Euros. Be sure to get a room on the front overlooking the sea where the view is spectacular. The road runs in front, but we heard no noise whatsoever. There is access to the internet for a charge. Parking is free. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but it has a nice pool. There is a 10 min walk into town for sightseeing, beach, and restaurants, but it is a lovely walk along the sea. We would definitely stay at Saint Erasme again!
