Just back from a week in Ios. Stayed at Homer's Inn. Views from the room were stunning. Could see right over to the port area with amazing sunsets. Room itself was fine. Air con was included in the price (which is unusual for Greece) as was the safe. Staff very friendly and met us at the boat and took us to our hotel. Pool bar is lovely and quiet - great place to chill out/swim/enjoy the views or try out the food....great snacks at pool bar! Room kept clean as the maid tidied up every day. Didn't get up early enough to try the breakfast, but the breakfast area is beautiful and looks over towards Ios port.
It's only a 5 min walk to the port with some lovely restaurants and 10-15mins from the village and all it's nightlife.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff are very friendly, they have great advise about many restaurants. The pool bar is brilliant for lunch during the day if you're chilling by the pool! The night life is only a 15 minute walk up the hill, their are many great restaurants in the port and in the town. Their are a few beaches, one is a 5-7 minute walk, the other is a 15 minute bus journey.
It is perfect if you want to relax away from the busy town, but you also want to be close enough to go to the town for the night. Definitely advisable to people going on a party holiday!

The hotel is near the port, 3 minutes walk, is beatiful, clean, with excellent service... with swimming pool, free internet....

We spent a lovely week at Homer's Inn. We had a very warm welcome and the owners were very kind and helpful at all times. The swimming pool was amazing with crystal clear water as they had installed a special system that used no chemicals and the views from the pool were spectacular.
The harbour with several tavernas was a short walk away as was the town beach, and the bus stop was just outside the hotel.
We enjoyed Ios and would definately stay at Homer's Inn again.
