A charming Spanish hotel, with very high standards of service and cleanliness. The hotel is located in a very quiet (and unremarkable) village, but makes an ideal base for touring. Not recommended unless you have your own transport.
The room was traditional, but with new fixtures and fittings. The standards of cleaning and service were impeccable, and the hotel was extremely good value for money. The hotel is definitely traditional Spanish, so the breakfasts etc. were rather limited. The hotel was very quiet - virtually empty midweek, but filled up with weekenders from Madrid by Friday night.
My (only) issue was the colour of the water - tolerable for bathing in, but take plenty of bottles for drinking, cleaning teeth etc! Probably typical for an old Spanish property!
