Stayed here for 3 nights during a trip around Europe. When we approached the hotel, we were a bit disappointed. It looks like a slightly shabby office block. We were also a bit surprised that although it overlooks the lake, there is a road and a car park between the lake and the hotel. This is not obvious from the hotel website.

Once inside the hotel, we were very pleasantly surprised. It is very modern and well equipped. The reception staff were very helpful, and our room was excellent.

Good breakfast, although the first morning the service was pretty chaotic. On days two and three the restaurant manager was on duty. What an improvement!!

There is a tunnel under the road from reception to the private (pebble) beach.

Free parking and Wifi.

As this hotel is about 2km from the town of Desenzano, I believe that the hotel operates a shuttle bus, although we never used it. Public transport is also available.

Make sure you book a room with a lake view.

If you like a modern hotel with all the facilities, we would definitely recommend it.

The staff are helpful and patient with English speaking guests. The roof terrace is well worth a trip as are the many swimming pools. Room was very comfortable and the view of the lake worth every penny. You will need a car to get around, as the hotel is a few miles from Desenzano town centre. There is no business centre so if you want to check in for your homeward flight, take a laptop and use the wi-fi reception area.

One week very nice. Food, wellness, hotel new year party: all is very contemporary elegant italian style.

I've just come back from Italy. I've been there many times but this is the first time I've stayed in Desenzano. The lake is beautiful and I enjoyed my holiday even more because I stayed in this wonderful hotel. It was really relaxing . The hotel is lovely, the rooms very big and confortable, the food delicious. The staff was very frindly and efficient . I've never been in susc a beautiful spa, everything was very clean.
