Looking at the pictures from this hotel it appears idyllic, quiet and peaceful, but really it is on a main road, in fact, THE main road. It was very noisy, from the rooms, by the pool, which is located on the front road side of the hotel, from the breakfast room. We decided after looking around at the hotel that we would stay only one night and leave the next day for quieter pastures. However, the receptionist was very rude, rollng here eyes and signing heavily at our request to leave. We asked to speak to the manager, but she refused to let us, until after much perseverance we were able to. The manager, finally, decided we could leave the next day and not have to pay for the second day, and said she would sort it out in the morning. After a very uncomfortable nights sleep on a rock hard bed, the manager went back on her word from the previous evening, saying we still had to pay for the next day too! We got on the phone with our travel Booker and were able to sort it out, but only with the third party. Breakfast was basic, and the Internet only worked in the lobby. The hotel and it's rooms seemed quite clean, however it lacked any personal touch and was quite cold and austere. There are so many beautiful places to stay at the lake Garda, and this ain't one of them, no view and veery noisy. I wouldn't recommend this for it's lack of peronalality, and the unfriendly staff, not to mention above!
