We are two italian girl and in spite of our great esperience in travelling in our country and abroad, we had a lot of difficulties to reach this place.
We finded a very poor brakfast and although the presence of many horses walking free around the house, a horse riding licence is required if you want to enjoy of a horse holiday. In altenative you have to run more than 20km to horse ride. We found the room very nice and confortable. The best attraction of the place were two big dog ad a little cat.

When somebody book a room, I always send a detailed description how to reach us easily.
These girls didn’t print these suggestions and without it is difficult to reach a place in country side that you don’t know.
Usually we provide an Italian breakfast, that maybe is not so rich than continental breakfast.
Close to my country house there is an horse riding centre private, that work as horses pension.
So, for guests interested I suggest an other horse riding centre near lake of Bolsena at 30 Km from us. This information is write in our Internet site and I explain this possibility when guest confirm their reservation.
Unfortunately these guests stayed in my country house in November when our season is finishing. In spring and summer time you can relax and enjoy our pool.
