The hotel is sort of 1980s modern, but it's comfortable and in a fine location 10 minutes from either the railway station (Porta Romana) or the entrance into the old town. Kudos to the staff, who were helpful and very accommodating.

I was well impressed with the time that I spent in this hotel. I arrived in the hotel late one night last week and the staff were very friendly. I urgently needed to use a computer and printer facilities (my laptop had stopped working earlier on in the day) and the hotel very kindly let me use their facilities.
It is rare to find a hotel that is so attentive to its customer's needs and I was very impressed by this.
The hotel itself was lovely and comfortable and that really enhanced my experience as well.

Nice and clean hotel with well appointed rooms. Within close walking distance of the city center. Great place to stay in Viterbo.

The hotel is located very close to the "Porta Romana" gate to the old city of Viterbo. It also within easy walking distance to the train station. The rooms were clean and well kept during our stay. Breakfast was good. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
