This is one of the top holiday locations in the Gargano area of Puglia. It is right at the edge of the Gargano national park, one of the most beautiful and unspoiled stretches of the Italian coastline. We rented a two bedroom flat by the beach. All what promised on the village website is true, with the location being even more beautiful than what you can see from the pictures. The village is extremely well managed, clean and safe for families with children. Lots of fun activities available for kids of all ages, means more free time for the parents. Problems: English is barely spoken by the village staff, credit cards not accepted when booking, and to get a decent umbrella location on the beach you need to beg and beg in advance of your arrival. Also, beach activities are quite loud at times, but the village is big enough to find a quiet corner at any time. The beautiful medieval Vieste village is nearby, with nice food market and restaurants. If the village offered rental of motor boats to explore the nearby bays, it would have been perfect bliss.
