You will never lack attention and care from the owners (Giovanna and Ennio) and staff - they are the most friendly and helpful people we've met in the area! Even though in Italy you often find people with similar level of generousity and friednliness they are still outstanding.
The place may seem a bit remote from the beach and town, however for those without a car and not apt to walk long distances, they offer a shuttle service and quite insist that you take advantage of their generousity.
The appartments and vilettas are situated up on a beautiful hill covered with pine-trees so the air is most pure, aromatic and healthy... we wanted to stay just 3 days and ended up staying 5+ one evening... even skipped a short trip to Rome, so nice it was there!
Since that trip this has been one of my most favourite places in Italy especially in Puglia!
When in Vieste don't miss one of the best wine shops in town, that of Signor Antonio di Rodi (Via Vittorio Veneto 2) - they have great cheeses to accompany the marvellous wines too!!
I highly recommend Maresol to everyone who seeks for a most relaxing, healthy and cherished hoilday on the Garganic peninsula!

Close to Viste, probably the most beatuful city in Gargano, Residence Maresol offers not only the opportunity to relax. Personally, I appreciated not only the extreme hospitality and individual, warm approach to the all customers, but also the possiblility to learn a lot of information about Gargano, its history and its monuments, ancient civilisations, italian poet Gabriele D'Annunzio and the production of olive oil.
Precise indications allowed us to find the right places to visit, to eat the best ice-cream in the city and to go sunbathing on the most beautiful beaches. Rooms were very clean and well equiped. We enjoyed also non-italian breakfast (it is possible to have not only a croissant, but also some prosciutto, cheese and tomatos) and excellent coffee with a nice view towards the sea.
One practical remark: you may also rent a bike, however It is better to move by car to the beach (~1 km) or to Vieste (~2 km).
