With the exception of very helpful staff, this hotel does not get rave reviews, but it was a very satisfactory stay. Fairly expensive.

We stayed for 15 nights , were very satisfied. Rooms are quite large for italian standarts,
delicate furnished, bright and very clean. (the cleanliness was amazing every day all stay long - bravo ! -) We had have 2 small dogs and the fee for was very reasonable and I saw, small dogs are very welcome in this hotel. All the staff was very friendly.
Extra plus point for reception desk. Only the food choice at breakfast was poor comparing with other italian hotels of this class / f.e. Aqua Hotel in Rimini, the same season stay/ . Poor choice of sausages, salamis, cereals, yoghurts, jams and marmelades. No fresh fruit juice, no soya milk or yoghurts.

But when this only one weakness will be removed then is this hotel absolutely bug-free. So I can recommend it to everyone, who want use your own holiday in charming Vieste and prefer small, quiet and friendly hotel in the town centre

We stayed at Palace Hotel for 1 night in a standard double room for 119 euros. Reception was pleasant and efficient, the room was spacious and well appointed, breakfast was plentiful with a good variety. We parked the car directly outside in the free street parking. It is in a good location, a few hundred metres walk to the heart of the old town, restaurants and duomo. Vieste is a lovely town for walking around, through the winding streets and along the waterfront.

We stayed at the Palace Hotel Vieste just one night during March. It was the off season, the hotel was not at all busy, and the lobby seemed dark and lonely. Our room was not as advertised - we requested & paid for a "junior suite" but the room we received was clearly a single. Trying to discuss this at the desk did not do much good, and since we were only there one night, & we had already received a discounted price through Venere, we didn't fight. Still, the room was large by European standards, and very clean.
