This hotel was in a good location, easy to get to Sorrento, Naples etc, and the surrounding area was amazing. The pool area of this hotel was stunning, could have stayed there a lot longer, except we had a room on the first floor literally in the corridor (all marble and everything echoed) and could hear almost every noise that went on in the hotel - from coach loads arriving/leaving at 4.45 am (!!) in the morning, parties in the night time, general noise in the hotel reception, and setting up the restaurant for breakfast. After the first morning at being woken up at 4.45am, and kept awake with all other noises, we did ask if we could move rooms, the receptionist said that we'd paid for a budget room therefore that's what we got. We didn't actually ask for a budget room, we just wanted a twin room. There was nothing special about the room, the shower was the best thing - it worked and had a movable head. We only ate in the hotel once out of the 5 days; we had a basic salad one lunch time and it cost 15 EURO each! Drinks too were expensive, there are some nice restaurants just a couple of minutes outside the hotel. We loved our holiday, and the area was just stunning; just didn't think much to our hotel, a good night sleep would have been good.

thank you for your review. The views and opinions expressed by all our guests is very important to us. We are saddened to hear that you felt your stay with us was not to your satisfaction.
We reiterate our apologies made to you at the time, for any inconvenience and disturbance caused to you by a group departing early from the hotel. To change a room at our hotel is not a question of budget but avilability. We were unable to change your room, as the hotel was fully booked, and so no other rooms were avilable.
The standard of each room is identical. The only difference whether there is a sea or garden view.We are disappointed that you felt it was solely a question of money.
The rooms located on the first floor are more likely to hear noise but in general we have no compliants. When guests depart early, of course, there maybe noise. Fortunately this occurs infrequantly.
We do not wish to take anything away from the nearby restaurants but they are not comparable, our location is far superior. The cost of € 13,00 not € 15,00 of a meal, pasta and salad, consisting of carrots, tomatoes, cheese, ham, tuna, and sweetcorn is not overpriced in our opinion and the service charge was included in the price. the quality of the food was not mentioned by you at the time of eating. One beer 0,4 cl. cost € 4,00.
