We went with our 2 young children and stayed in a very big room which included a dining table, a very big bed with extra pillows and a lovely balcony facing the outdoor pool, unfortunately the hotel is situated near a busy road so although the balcony was nice, the noise was annoying (inside the room with the window shut it was just fine). The bathroom was big and clean, with deparate shower and bath. Breakfast was very good with lovely fresh produce and Parma ham 'on tap'. We had dinner at the hotel one night but I must say I wasn't impressed by the restaurant at all, just very average yet expensive. The pool was heated and there we never encountered more than 3 or 4 other guests using it at the same time. My biggest problem was the jacuzzi which smelled horrible, the water looked strange and we couldn't find anyone to take a look at it! The sauna was not working either, another disappointment. We also needed towels for the pool but there was no staff around to hand them over and none on display so we had to go back to our room to get our bath towels.... We found the staff was ok, but they won't go out of their way to help (we had to wait a long time before receiving fresh towels for instance). Internet stopped working on day 2 and until we left 2 days later, it still wasn't working. It was also difficult to control room temperature, the thermostat wasn't working. They could do much better if only they made a few changes and paid more attention to detail.
