Check that the pool is built and operational before you book if a pool is important to you! We booked on the basis of the outdoor pool as advertised on the Yes hotel website. We received an email 2 days before arrival that the pool was unavailable due to 'technical reasons' . On arrival we discovered that 'technical reasons' meant that the pool was under construction with the pool site just a hole in the ground, lined with blue polythene and surrounded by building materials!
Location of the hotel is not ideal, being situated in the residential suburbs of Varese.
Reception staff were friendly and efficient.
