Like we've experienced in more privately owned hotels in Italy it looks like the hotel haven't been renewed after the start. Furnishment was out of date. Nice to have an option for a fine airco (plus 5 euro), which is definetely needed, since the rooms are quit warm (seemes to be typical for a lot of hotels). Staff was friendly, rooms are clean, had to walk a lot of stairs, breakfast was as like usual in Italy very simple. Nice was the availbility of a restaurant with a daily menu. Ok to saaty at the hotel
