went to a wedding in italy with family & friends and choose this hotel and what a fantastic time we had, entertaining for the kids with playstation,wii,billards,and table tennis keeping them occupied as well as the pool. Staff were very helpful in every manner and rooms cleaned daily

We stayed a night in this hotel on our way to Tuscany Italy. The hotel was modern, the room very nice and the balcany OK, though we would have preferred fresh air from outside, but the windows couldn´t be opened (at least we couldn´t).The girl at the reception spoke very little English. The pool was closed because of maintenance work which was very disappointing, we had driven the whole day from germany and were really looking forward to a dip in the pool.
The vending machine for cold drinks was´t working so we got our drinks from the bar, with bar prices, and there was only one corkscrew
in the whole hotel, so we shared it with the bartender. All in all, we were not very happy with the service.

Stayed for 2 nights - 2 adults 2 children. Booked connecting rooms that were very comfortable, spacious, and clean and worthy of 4 star -also rooms were very quiet. Nice balcony. Hotel was spacious with nice small pool with jacuzzi buttons and comfortable sunbeds, well equipped gym (free) - games for the children - wii etc free. Restaurant was expensive (a la carte only) but staff were very helpful and recommended pizzeria in Varese that was really nice. Town Centre is upmarket with lovely shops and lots of banks! I drove to town - hotel is located a little out of town so you would need a taxi if no car - It is located next to a horse racing track. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice.
