Many hills in Umbria are quite isolated and far away from a main road, but this one is only a few km from the main express road from Perugia to Terni, a supermarket and Todi
Todi is a very typical and traditional medieval Umbrian town with nice places to eat. Don't forget that you are only 30-40 minutes away from Perugia and Assisi, Orvieto , Spoleto, Montefalco,...
I would say take some time to visit Todi at stay at Mr Giannini's place, but don't come with all your friends because we want to keep it a quite place

We were delighted with our stay at La Torriola. The owner/manager, Maurizio Giannini, was a wonderful host who was always willing to answer any questions that we had and to suggest ways that we could enrich our experience. The location was terrific, just across the valley from the town of Todi and within a short drive to other cities and towns of Umbria. The apartments were modern, spacious, and beautifully finished. The large pool with a spectacular view of Todi provided a welcome end to a day of touring and the adjacent countryside was a pleasant environment for walks.

Torriola was a true "find": private; incomparable location (heart-stopping view of the historic hill town of Todi); meticulously clean; providing every comfort; and, easy to get to. The owners are delight & speak English. Lovely neighbors (we were really lucky). A perfect spot for a "base" in the very middle of Central Italy's "green lungs" province of Umbria.
Book without hesitation & ENJOY your time in Torriola! We did & plan to come back.

Maurizio was very helpful with tips of what to see and do in the area. The apartment was perfect for our week of holiday. The olive oil is also perfect to buy and take home.
The community room was also nice to enjoy. The view of Todi is amazing and the pool was also nice to enjoy.
