Beautiful room with fabulous views of Todi and the countryside. Great location close to many points of interest. Excellent dining, especially dining outside. Friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous hotel.

The hotel is situated in a spectacular location. The staff was friendly, but we were a little disappointed with our "Superior Double Room", which was dark and dingy given the fact that it had only one small window looking out on the view. Since the floors are timber and squeaked, we could hear the moment those on the floor above us entered their room. Internet access is free but annoyingly intermittent. We looked at the dinner menu, but decided to go into the old town, since the prices at the hotel were exorbitant. Breakfast was adequate, but we couldn't believe they wanted 6 Euros for an extra of "two fresh boiled eggs", which were not offered automatically with the breakfast.

I can't say enough about Relais Todini. It's the perfect spot for visiting the many lovely hilltowns of Umbria. It is ideally located, perched on a hilltop with a panorama of the Italian countryside and splendid views of Todi. The hotel itself is gorgeous. The rooms both common and private, are beautiful. The suites are to die for. We fell in love with the staff. They couldn't be nicer and more helpful. They go to great lengths to make your stay comfortable. It's a totally nurturing environment. No detail has been overlooked. Everything is impeccable. Without question we would return and we would highly recommend it to anybody making a trip to Umbria.

My wife and I married at this hotel in June 2011, including both the ceremony and the reception. It was carried out perfectly by the Hotel Management, particularly Francesco Ambrogi - the Hotel Manager. Every detail was arranged to the highest standard from beginning to end. The hotel itself is magnificently situated about 7 km from Todi on a small hill which overlooks the valley with 360 degree views, and also Todi itself. The food is incredible, and very reasonable, and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional.
We have stayed at many hotels in our time to date, and I can comfortably say that this was a truly special place. The pool area is fabulous, and the rooms are each very unique and superbly appointed (although I don't think any room comes with a bath - if that is your want).
I could not recommend this hotel any more than to simply say that a night here is a must for anyone visiting the region. Also, the proximity of the Franco Todini wonery across the road is a small bonus - excellent wines.
