We stayed at this lovely B&B for 3 nights. The setting is spectacular - the large property has 360 degree views of the surrounding countryside. Each room is spacious, unique and beautifully decorated - a mix of modern, country design. What we liked most about staying here was that the setting provided a relaxing retreat from sightseeing. For those three days, our routine became sightseeing in the morning (Orvieto, Todi) and poolside relaxation in the afternoon.

The only thing about our stay that didn't meet our expectations was the dinner. For 40 euro per person, you can get a 4 course meal (wine extra). Since the B&B is located outside of town (about a 10 minute drive to Todi), we thought this would be convenient. We really wanted to love the food, but the truth is, it was quite bland and underwhelming (and we are not picky eaters). The best thing about the meal was being able to eat on the outdoor patio while watching the sun go down. The breakfast, on the other hand, was very good.

The other thing to point out is that the rooms are not air conditioned. Even though we were there in August, this wasn't a problem because it cools off at night and we were able to sleep with the windows open, which was actually nicer than having the air conditioning humming constantly.

All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we hope to come back here again in the future!

Tenuta is a magical place. It's elegant and yet informal in its' decor. The room we stayed in had extraordinary views of several valleys including lakes in the far distance and lots of vegetation. The bed was comfortable- a good night's sleep is assured. In the morning birdsong is everywhere. The bathroom was tasteful & modern.
Public areas are quite exceptional; there are many rooms where one can read, use a laptop, or just sit and chat. The dining room (where one has breakfast) is lovingly furnished; every detail is absolutely right.
Staff are most helpful and prompt is addressing any needs (e.g. making dinner reservations).

very beautiful place, on the top of the hill opposite another hill topped with medieval Todi, tranquility, serenity, olive groove hugged with fog in the morning... charming room design and open social place... it's just amazing!

Not easy to find this place even with GPS, I would recommend to arrive there not too late )))

The setting is spectacular with a gorgeous view of the Tiber Valley. The swimming pool is stunning. However, this place does not justify the price: the quality and presentation of the food is below the standard expected, presentations is slapdash, some of the courses were served barely warm. The rooms were uncomfortable, with a noisy ceiling fan and no airconditioning. Cleanliness is below par. At the price of Euros195, I would have expected better.
