I stayed in this hotel for 6 days in September. The hotel is very cosy, good located for the sea, bus stop to Pisa and to the centre of Tirrenia. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The clean rooms are comfortable and well designed.
The breakfast cost 5 euro, for that price is good enough.
As a minus - there is no English programs in the room, only Italian TV.
The hotel has a good quality-price ratio.
I liked this hotel and could recommend it to my friends.

We visted this hotel after visiting Venice and Florence for some beach time and its proximity to Pisa airport.
The hotel is very clean and is at the furthest points from both Marina Di Pisa and Tirrenia. It is a 15 minute walk into Tirrenia. Can't say I liked it too much, very 1960's concrete shopping centre. This is where the nearest cash points are.
We were room only. I was a bit dissapointed as we were given a very small room with no balcony. That said, the room was well planned and had a good shower and a comfortable bed. We also sat in the lovely garden so may not have used a balcony if it was available. The air conditioning was not on and there was no satalite TV in the room but it was available downstairs. There are only 2 bikes available but there is a hire shop in Tirrenia.
The staff are lovely. We used the hotel bar and the prices were very reasonable.
Most people staying there had there own transport.If you use the bus into Pisa it takes about 30 minutes but they stop running at 9.10pm from Pisa. A taxi will cost you about 35 euros from Pisa centre.
The beach is across the road, a large bay and lots of sand. Most beaches are private and have facilities and a bar, and are all very clean. There are a couple of free beaches.
If you want to chill out this place is ideal. If you don't have a car be prepared to do some walking.

Stayed here for 4 nights before heading onto Volterra for our wedding. Tirrenia is very relaxing with some nice restaurants (a bit of a walk though..) the beaches are beautiful but be wary that you have to pay (10Euros per bed.....) The hotel itself is lovely, a good breakfast, cleaned daily, and a lovely lounge downstairs with SKY TV in English- so a perfect chill during the cooler evenings..... Staff were very helpful in terms of places to go and restaurants to eat in. Great location for the bus to Pisa, then onward to Florence by train, all very reasonable.

The A/C was broken, their restaurant was closed, the restaurant that they gave us a chit for a discount dinner was closed. the hotel is on a very busy road with loud traffic (lots of motorcycles) well into the night... Couldn't close widows cuz no A/C. Room very tiny. Only positives: afternoon desk man very nice, nice beach across the street.
