This hotel is in a great location, at the bottom of the old town and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Rooms are in great condition. And morning breakfast was good. Only complaint was the service. Hotel ended up asking for my credit card after we had checked in because they had to charge us for "two people" (my wife and I) even though our reservations had already cleared had double occupancy. Took them a week later to come back and refund this error.

Hi stayed in this hotel two night at special rate. they were very kind and they ...gave a bigger camera with good conform and pay public parking for all time. they transport our luggage from reception to room as a 5*. I recommend this hotel. During breakfast time they keep open for us after closing time cause we were late and they cooked special meal for my child with a smile on their face. At least only one thing was upgradable: to go to nice breakfast room you must exit to outside, but it's under cover, and renter inside.
There aren't a restaurant inside but they suggest me 4 good place where go. I tried only one but it was very good.

Spent 5 nights at the Cavaliere, using Spoleto for daytripping. Well pleased with this choice. Splurged, getting one of the two "deluxe" rooms (with frescoed ceilings). Spotless, large room with all amenities in proper order. The wife was impressed until the weekend arrived and the noise from the gathering teens in the nearby piazza got to be a bit much. The remedy...ear plugs did the trick. The staff was friendly and accomodating with reasonable english. Buffett breakfast was good. Hotel situated at the bottom of the hill, a FLAT 10 minute walk to the greatest innovation in Italian hilltowns....their new escalator that takes you to the very top of town from which you can walk DOWN. A refundable E10 deposit gets you a free parking permit within a 5 minute walk - very convenient if you're daytripping. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Very warm welcome and outstanding service!Beautiful big room at the innerside of the hotel,very quiet.Amazing kingsize bed.Beautiful ceilings in the breakfast room.
For Italy good breakfast,although very sweet.Bread and meat,cheese not that great quality.Great location in the city centre. Car parking with free parking pass delivred by the hotel was not a problem.
