Absolutely perfect. Not in the centre of Sorrento and therefore quieter. Wonderful roof pool. Exceptional service. What else to say??

I stayed here with my fiance (proposed at this hotel) back in July. The view over the bay of Naples and the town of Sorrento. The staff is friendly, fluent in several languages (including English) and is always willing to help. Rooms are large and clean, with amazing views of the city, bay, and mountains.

A shuttle runs regularly to the city center, or you can walk to town. The walk is about 20 minutes on a narrow sidewalk. We had a car which we had rented and drove back and forth, as well as up and down the coast (highly recommended). Capri is only a short ferry ride away.

Sorrento is my favorite city in Italy. It is large enough to do some shopping from the locals, but small enough to get that true Italian feel with great food, great music, and great hospitality. I would highly recommend a trip to this region and a stay at this great hotel.

we travelled with our friends, both families with small children. as we changed travel plans due to weather, we arrived in Sorrento in early evening with no booking or idea of hotels. Chose Cristina hotel from a booking website. the hotel is in the neighbouring town of St Agnelo but not really far from Sorrento centre (probably around 2 km) and 250m up the hill from the main street (however if you mind the walk of around 30 minutes, the taxi costs EUR 15! and there are only 4 hotel shuttles during the day). Rooms have recently been renovated and look nice. We had one double and one triple room, the double room was however so small that the closet doors did not fully open as it was so close to the bed. I must admit that the service was, however, the best we received in Italy and the staff sopke good English. Breakfast was ok but nothing special (but good coffee was free). The only but at the same time major problem with the hotel is that the walls seem to be made of paper (at first we were startled by the noise that the toilet flush or shower of our neihgbours up down or on the side made) our room was also next to a marb le stairways...we could hear the talking in the next room. after the first night we thought we will move but ended up staying 4. also, the room rack rate of EUR 90 is probably decent value in Sorrento.

I would definitely return to the Hotel Cristina. We had a beautiful room near the pool with a terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius. The view was absolutely breathtaking! The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Transportation was provided into Sorrento which was a 10 minute ride.
