Stayed for 1 night, whilst on business, and this is a very good small hotel, this hotel is in a great position, in centre, and rooms are very good, bit small bathroom, but everything there and very clean.
The staff are exceptional and very friendly and cant do enough for you, if you need to be in this area, this hotel is well worth the visit.
Believe these are new owners of the hotel, and you can tell, they know how things should be done, and are going the right way to ensure guest enjoy there stay.

“Beautiful gem in Sansepolcro”
We stayed in this hotel with friends traveling to Tuscany for a wedding and were amazed by the quality of services and conveniences. Not all rooms had air conditioning, but non-air conditioned rooms were supplied with fans. Truly beautiful rooms with hand-painted walls add to the overall impression of attention to detail. Located in a great area of the old town, the Saturday morning market is just outside the front doors and the city pool is a 5 minute walk away. Free parking is plentiful outside the old city walls (but be sure to park in one of the many parking lots outside the city walls!). Great find!
