The is a small family run hotel 25 metres from the beach. Very clean, modern and so friendly. The breakfast cold meats, cheese, cereals, yogurts bread and cake and the BEST coffee we have had in Italy. My partner drinks nothing but coffee and thats his opinion. Bedroom was spacious , good shower, lovely white fluffy towels, big bed changed 3 times in one week, fridge in room as well. Nice balcony with sea view. An easy walk into the town with it pedestrian shopping area , or to the marina with a nice walk out to the statute on the end for fantastic sunsets. The staff were so helpful, special mention to Daniele and Jill the cleaner, we are enjoying your cherry jam for breakfast, a little memory of San Vincenzo.

Just to say anyone looking to stay in a great town only 40 mins drive from Pisa airport must seriously check out the little coastal town in Southern Tuscany called San Vincenzo.We stayed at the Hotel De Sole right opp the beach and so close to all the restaurtants,town centre and all amenities.The owner Sylvia and her family made us so welcome considering our Italian was not so good.This is an above average hotel,spotless,comfortable with all new fitings and fixtures,beds etc as only been opened since 2004.The breakfast is good with a nice selection of cold meats,bread the normal Italian fare etc etc!! and great home made apple and yog cake with your morning coffee.They simply could not do enough to make us welcome and comfo0rtable and were superb with our 6yr old daughter.Good restaurants and all within walking distance of hotel.Great red wine !!!
You simply must try this place.!!!
