We were given a very friendly welcome by a young man, who patiently answered our questions in his best English. Our apartment was perfectly adequate with a fully-fitted kitchen, bedroom and bathroom AND TWO balconies, one of which even had a sea view. Unfortunately, on the second day of our stay, at exctly 9.05 a.m. we heard the sound of LOUD drilling. At first we took no notice, as we thought it was only a temporary state of affairs. However, 90 minutes later, we saw no alternative but to go to reception and complain. Marilu, the member of staff on duty, explained that the owner of the apartments had sold the restaurant and renovation work was going on, which was beyond the apartment owner´s control. However, her colleague did go and ask the workers to tone it down, unfortunately without success. A sign of quality for any business is how well they solve problems. Marilu didn´t disappoint and offered us a "free" upgrade to a suite which was further away from the source of the noise - problem solved! Marilu advised us well on restaurants and ordered a table on our behalf. Thanks go to her for her help. We cannot fault the friendly and helpful reception service. Apart from the drilling, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we can perfectly understand why these apartments are "numero uno" in San Remo.

We have stayed in apartments & hotels so we thought we'd give an apartment hotel a go. So glad that we did & that we picked this one. This is an absolute gem of a hotel combining the advantages of both. From the moment that we walked up to reception to when we checked out (2 weeks later) nothing was too much for the staff & they make you feel so welcome. The facilities are perfect & the location, right on the beach cannot be bettered.

We met in San Remon and we were coming back in that charming city for our honeymoon... we book in the residence dei Due Porti a 2 person apartment without the view on the sea (late booking...)
We were really pleased with it: spacious, clean, well furnished and equipped. Our balcony was giving on the side of the building and some private gardens. The residence is ideally situated: in front of the sea, 1 min from a supermarket and in the center of the city.
The service was extremely professional, we had cleaning ladies coming in everyday... and the internet, laundry, and other services are really convenient.
We really loved our stay there and we will definitely come back !

We have stayed at Due Porti last year too and loved it a lot and were very excited about going there again this year. We did have some "jitters" that our vacation will be as good as it was last year... Because you know how it goes... - not easy to hit lucky number two times in a row... But our 3 weeks stay at Due Porti was even better this time!
Management team (Marilù Cottiè & Romano Capacci) and other members of their staff made us feel right at home! THANK YOU!!
And once more - the weather, the sea, food, and people were amazing! Not to mentioned free bikes at your disposal, parking and proximity to the beach - were we (as Due Porti residents) were getting 20% discount...We will return there again and again! We would recommend Due Porti to anyone who is thinking of going to Italian Riviera - You won't be disappointed!
