We ended at the Hotel Europa because the hotel we were hoping to stay at was full. But this turned out to be a turn for the better because we had a wonderful room with French doors opening to a tiny balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea! It also overlooked the train startion and a busy city street, but that was kind of fun as well...watching all the goings and comings. We wouldn't have believed how many motor scooters are on the Italian city streets! We walked to the big casino. And breakfast at the hotel was fine.

My wife and I enjoyed a comfotable and pleasant stay in a sea view room.The hotel is not luxurios. The location is excellent and we would return without question. The breakfast is very bland by Italian standards. If you want a beach holiday in an excellent location for shops,food and the buzz of Italian life this is the place. The staff were helpfull and corteouse.
