We stayed 2 nights in this hotel at the end of our vacation in Italy in sep 2007,our friends that live nearby in Zogno arranged us this hotel to stay.

For the people of S.Pellegrino terme ,the hotel Bigio needs no explanation,they have a very big hotel,a nice bar beneath with all kind of italian sweets and a restaurant.
Our room was very big and modern,when entering our room there was bottle of S.pellegrino water and a little bag of cookies ready for us.

The location is very nice,beneath the most beautifull casino of S.pellegrino and opposite of the river.

S.pellegrino Terme is a very charming small town,it feels like a town from the past and everyone knows each other.

Me and my wife loved staying here,and would defenitely stay here again.

Breakfast was normal to italian standards

I understand the rooms are all different, but there are basically 2 types: those more modern looking and those with period features. Ours was one with period features, which basically was the floor, and the showerroom, which looked from the 60s but was very well kept and very clean. The best thing about the room was the size, definitely big: it was a corner room on the first floor with one big window on the main road (not noisy) and another to the side of the building. The furniture was modern but nothing special.
All personnel was extremely polite. The restaurant is excellent and there is also a patisserie. Breakfast is normal Italian, not particularly rich but good. We would go again.
