We spent one night here on our way back to UK. We were well looked after from the start, no complaints about the room, and dinner in the large communal dining room was fun. Excellent family cooking and wines. Service was genuinely attentive and friendly, and a nice breakfast al fresco in the morning. The Torre was bust with visitors from other countries but also plenty of Italians, which is always a good sign. Well recommended.

Went ages ago, tried to book again yesterday and unsurprisingly its full. This place is fantastic. Lovely room, very nice people, proper food, unbeatable value. Go.

My teenaged daugther and I had the pleasure of spending two nights at Antica Torre in July. The inn is part of a working farm run by family members, and they made us feel like family while we were there. Our room was on the third floor of the tower - charming - but with VERY low ceilings. Definitely double check how high your ceilings are before booking. It was not a problem for us but would have been if my husband had been along.

The farm is located a few kilometers from Salsomaggiore Terme, a beautiful town with lots of spas, parks and gelato shops. Dinner is a set 4 courses, with seconds which we always took since it was delicious. The pool was a welcome respite from the Italian summer heat.

We can't wait to return with our entire family.

I stayed at Antica Torre just for one night, but would like to highly recommend it. The hospitality of the management was very much worth the entire stay.
The place is lovely, very close to Salsomaggiore and yet located in the countryside with a beautiful view over the hills around.
The rooms very charming, clean and welcoming.
We decided to have dinner there and it was superb and at a very accessible price!
