I can not believe people have anything negative to say about this place. No its not a 4* hotel but its a very good 3* hotel. Its really conveniently located right in the centre of Sauze and set back slightly so quieter in the evenings but just 20metres from the main square with shops, bars and restaurants. This hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Its got a nice, cosy feel about it and the owners are really great people. If you want luxury then go elsewhere but if you want a good quality, friendly, conveniently located hotel at a reasonable price then this is your place for families or groups, I went with my young son in a group with our friends and I would reccommend it to anyone.

We and another two couples stayed for a long weekend and we found the staff to be friendly helpful and very polite at all times, the rooms very clean, the beds very comfortable, the hotel was very relaxing, great spot in the centre of town, and we will stay there when we next visit. This is small comfortable clean quite hotel just what we needed after a days skiing

This is not a 4 star hotel as indicated. We paid a lot of money for a bad quality: small and not well furnished room, poor breakfast. The only good point: it is located in the centre of the village.

Listed under 4* hotels on Sauze's list of hotels, it is NOT a 4* hotel by any standards, even most unreasonable. My friend and myself booked this place directly, making a reservation for 4 nights. When we got there it appeared to be a shabby-ish hotel with quite basic small rooms and no people in the hotel at all (it was a low season). As we wanted more comfort and didn't feel comfortable being the only guests, after one night stay we decided to move out. Owners of the place (who live somewhere else and don't speak any english) demanded we paid for all 4 nights (all communication was done through the guy who ran hotel for them, it was like a broken line). We refused but they wouldn't let us go until we paid. All very unpleasant and distressing experience.

This was not our first time in Sauze, where we stayed at two different 3* places, both MUCH better than a 4* San Giorgio. This is real scam. The only good thing I can say about this place is it's location in the centre of the village.
